Co-management

The co-management workflow

A five-stage loop that begins and ends with you.
  1. Stage 01

    Referring provider

    You identify a patient whose progress has plateaued.

  2. Stage 02

    Candidacy review

    We evaluate records, imaging, and measured motion.

  3. Stage 03

    Procedure if indicated

    Performed on a scheduled procedure day (currently reported as Friday).

  4. Stage 04

    Monday re-exam

    Your patient returns to you for re-examination.

  5. Stage 05

    Rehab & shared documentation

    Rehabilitation continues with records shared between offices.
